e is the ultimate good feeling that makes everything easier. The breath becomes deeper, the heart rate slows and stress disappears. When you feel love internally, it is easy for it to reflect outwards to others.
There are a ton of benefits to practicing cultivating this feeling, but the best one, is that it just feels so good!
In order to induce feelings of love, imagine a person or animal whom you love in vivid detail. When you think about them, your distress level lowers.
Say who they are out loud. Then describe them in detail. Then describe how you feel about them. Then explore what you like the most about them.
Notice the sensations in your body. Does anything indicate that your distress levels are lowering?
