What's this going to cost?

When spending on yourself feels hard.

It can feel scary, even indulgent, to spend money on therapy. You might feel guilt, doubt, or wonder if you're being “too much” for needing support. Part of you wants to feel better — but another part whispers, “Can I really afford this? Shouldn’t I be able to do this on my own?”

You hesitate before booking the call. You run through the numbers in your head, again and again. You click on the website, then close the tab. You’ve spent money on other things — subscriptions, programs, self-help books — but nothing has really stuck.

You feel torn: you know something needs to change, but you're afraid of making the “wrong” investment. You worry about wasting money, not committing, or starting something you might not finish. You’re tired of temporary fixes but not sure where to place your trust.

What it's like to say yes to yourself.

When you do take the step, there’s often a rush of relief. It feels empowering to decide you’re worth the investment. Doubt doesn’t vanish overnight, but it gets quieter. What grows instead is a sense of alignment — you’re finally doing something that honours your needs.

You notice yourself showing up differently: taking care of yourself with more intention, budgeting not just for survival but for growth. You no longer hesitate to say, “I have therapy today” — and you say it with pride. You see progress in the areas that matter most to you.

You begin describing this investment as a turning point. You realize this isn't just about the dollars — it’s about momentum, peace, confidence, and healing. It’s about breaking cycles and rewriting patterns that have cost you so much more than money ever could.

What you're really paying for.

Working together, you feel deeply seen, supported, and respected. You feel more at ease — not because life is perfect, but because you're no longer navigating it alone. You experience a growing sense of confidence and calm, even when life throws curveballs.

Each session feels like both a release and a reset. You leave lighter, clearer, with something real to take into your week. You start tracking your own progress — less reactivity, more connection, better boundaries — and it starts to feel worth every penny.

You’re not just paying for therapy — you’re investing in a whole-systems approach. With approaches in CBT, IFS, DBT, and EMDR, plus deep experience in mental health, parenting, and public health, I offer grounded support and real strategy. I help you identify and shift the beliefs and patterns that silently run your life — and give you the tools to stay rooted in who you want to become.

The aim is for this to feel totally worth the investment. I want the relief and all the benefits to be way more valuable than the actual cost.

So how can I make this easier on you?

  • $150 per 60-minute session

  • A detailed invoice is provided for reimbursement through your extended health benefits (check your plan for coverage under the Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) designation ).

  • Sessions are held in person and online, so you can show up in the office, or from the comfort of home (or your car, if that’s what it takes today — no judgment here).

You’re investing in your healing, your future, and your right to feel whole.
